While we perform our Finance and Accounting duties, we can get overwhelmed while delivering financial projections, completing our journal entries, and conducting monthly close procedures, but we also have a great responsibility to create an environment where our team can grow and thrive. As leaders, here are a few significant ways we can impact our teams:
- We get to grow and develop our people,
- We can create positive change, and
- We have the great opportunity to communicate a shared purpose and vision for our team.
We lead so we can make our team better and bring about positive change for our organization.
